Molly Kiepe, SLP
As a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist, I have a proven track record of providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan. My extensive experience in both pediatric and adult rehabilitation settings, including inpatient and outpatient brain and spinal cord injury rehabilitation, inspired me to found Wheat Ridge Speech & Language.
My passion is helping individuals and families improve their independence and quality of life. Our boutique clinic offers specialized mobile, in-home, and telehealth services, with a focus on providing compassionate care right where you are.
I have 10+ clinical years of experience with a vast diversity of patients and population including:

Early Intervention (0-3 years old)
Inpatient & Outpatient Neurological Services
Brain Injury (mild-catastrophic), spinal cord injuries, A.L.S, M.S, Dementia, Stroke, Concussions/mild TBI, & Parkinson’s Disease.

In addition to my extensive clinical background, I have specialized training in a variety of therapeutic approaches and certifications to ensure the most effective and personalized care.
AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication): Trained in both high tech and low tech AAC systems to help individuals with complex communication needs of children and adults.
Software: Proloquo2Go, Tobii Dynavox, Lingraphica, Grid, & TouchChat
Autism Spectrum Disorder: Trained with Hanen programs to support language development for young children
Served adults with autism in vocational, social, and language sharing programs (21+)
Dysphagia Management: Certified in VitalStim Therapy and experienced in implementing dysphagia training programs to help reduce the risk of swallowing-related illnesses.
Neurological Rehabilitation: Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS)
Intensive aphasia knowledge including Melodic Intonation Therapy
Leadership and Professional Excellence: Recipient of the ASHA Leadership Award, 2020-2021
Capstone: Training First Responders and Community Members on Alternative & Augmentative Communication for children and adults with severe intellectual/developmental disabilities and autism.
